Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BollyHIIT! By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Participation

All participants must be at least 15 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
By joining a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and have consulted your doctor if necessary.
BollyHIIT is not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during participation.

2. Payments

All payments for classes, passes, and memberships must be made in full at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change, but we will always notify members in advance.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on classes, packages, or memberships.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the next billing cycle will still apply, and cancellation will take effect after that cycle.
Missed classes or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Free Trial Classes

Free trial classes are available for new participants only and must be reserved in advance.
Limit of one free trial class per person.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that fitness activities carry some risk.
You agree to release BollyHIIT and its instructors from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during or after classes.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings (such as name, email, or payment details) will only be used for class scheduling, communication, and service updates.

8. Changes to Terms

BollyHIIT reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.
